My Favorite Books + Movies for Spooky Season

It’s officially October! Which means we are officially in peak spooky season.

Now, it has come to my attention that I am not a “true” spooky person, as I refuse to watch any flavor of horror movie or participate in any scary activity. I may or may not be permanently scarred from watching a scary movie at a sleepover in the sixth grade and I just can’t do it.

I like to call my flavor of spooky “cute & happy spooky”. I don’t mind a fun pumpkin or cute ghost, and I love Hocus Pocus and Harry Potter.

So if you’re a “cute & happy spooky” kind of person like me, today’s post is for you. I mentioned last month (I think) that I might share some of my favorite spooky books, but I’m also adding movies and a show as an added bonus.
