Spring 2024 Bucket List

I know it happens every year, but I wasn’t ready for it to feel like spring the day after Daylight Savings. I don’t know what it is, but the sun staying up just a bit longer makes me feel like grilling some burgers.

I’ve been doing my best to enjoy the last bits of winter, but I think I’m finally ready for spring. I’m ready for some sunshine and warmth, longer days and spending time outside. And flowers. I’m ready for the world to be colorful again.

So today I’m sharing my very first Spring Bucket List, rounding out my first full year of seasonal bucket lists. I didn’t think I would be, but I’m excited for this one.

spring bucket list

  • go to Rita’s. a lot.

  • take walks after dinner

  • have a few bonfire nights.

  • watch Bridgerton Season 3

  • decorate for spring/summer

  • attend a church softball game

  • complete flowerbed makeover

  • watch the sunset on my front porch

  • enjoy the season in our home + not moving (what a gift!)

  • keep the windows open as often as possible

“Be patient, then, brothers and sisters, until the Lord’s coming. See how the farmer waits for the land to yield its valuable crop, patiently waiting for the autumn and spring rains.” - James 5:7

“Let us acknowledge the Lord; let us press on to acknowledge Him. As surely as the sun rises, He will appear; He will come to us like the winter rains, like the spring rains that water the earth.” - Hosea 6:3
